Terms and Conditions

This Gift Voucher (GV) is equivalent to cash and should be safeguarded by the customer.
The GV is valid for redemption in-store only.
Possession of the voucher code is deemed proof of entitlement.
The customer is solely responsible for the safekeeping of the GV and its details (including the voucher code). Whiteglow (Pvt) Ltd and its brands, including GFLOCK, will not be held liable for any loss, theft, misuse, duplication, or unauthorised redemption of the GV once issued.
If a GV is lost, stolen, or shared with others, the company cannot reissue, refund, or provide compensation under any circumstances.
Redemption will be honoured strictly on a first-use basis, whether online or in-store. Once redeemed, the GV is considered fully used and cannot be reclaimed.
By purchasing, receiving, or using this GV, the customer accepts these terms and conditions in full.
