- You have 7 days from the delivered date to request for an exchange for the online purchased style/s.
- Style must be in original condition, tags intact.
- We do not offer returns or exchanges for discounted/sale items.
- You can exchange your item’s sizes or colors or get an exchange code to place a new order for a new style.
- Showroom exchanges are allowed on prior confirmation from GFlock Online Store.(refer below for more info)
- Online exchange process takes 20-30 working days.
- In the unlikely event that any items you have ordered from us are damaged or defective, or if the item delivered, is different from what you had ordered will only be accepted for Refund and will be arranged the courier free of charge.
- We aim to process all refunds within 7 working days of receiving your parcel at our warehouse
- Refunds can only be made as follows,
- Paid Orders - Refund will be made to the card used for the original order
- COD Orders -Refund will be made to a bank account assigned to the original customer
- You will receive a refund confirmation via email once the refund process is completed
- Refunds will usually clear into your account within 3-5 working days, however, this can vary according to the bank.
- For your convenience we accept return/exchange of Online orders at our retail outlets, please contact us via firstname.lastname@example.org or call our hotline 117 447 447 for further information and confirmation.
- You can exchange for size, color or a new style.
- Discounted styles will not be accepted.
- Credit note or gift voucher will not be given in exchange for an online exchange.
- Return/Exchange can be arranged only after contacting us via email at email@example.com or our hotline at 117 447 447.
- If we find that the product has not been returned to us in fully resalable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund/exchange of the item.
- Change of delivery address cannot be accommodated once the package has been shipped.
