• E-voucher codes are delivered electronically to the email address provided at the time of purchase. Please ensure that the correct email address is entered.
  
• E-vouchers can be redeemed both online and in-store.
  
• Each e-voucher is valid for one year from the date of purchase.
  
• E-voucher purchases are non-refundable.
  
• We are not responsible for any loss, theft, or unauthorized use of e-vouchers. Customers are advised to keep their e-voucher codes secure and confidential.
  
• E-vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.
